LeadMax is an app builder with three loops: an agent that edits a real codebase, a live preview that runs inside your browser, and a deploy that ships the app to a Cloudflare account you own. This documentation explains each loop, what happens on your Cloudflare account, and how credits are counted.
In short
- Projects are standard code. Every new project is a Waku and React app with Hono APIs, Tailwind, shadcn-style components and Drizzle on D1, seeded from a production-ready business starter. You can read it, edit it and export it.
- The preview is local to your tab. A WebContainer runs the dev server in your browser with local D1 and KV data, separate from your deployed database.
- Deploys go to your account. Your browser builds the app. LeadMax publishes it to your Cloudflare account through OAuth with a Worker, D1 database and KV namespace. New projects save available business photos through LeadMax; connect Filebase for your own photo storage and owner uploads.
- Track your usage. Your available credits are visible in the editor.
